Kixby is looking for a skilled Project Manager to join our fast-growing team in the hospitality technology space. As a Project Manager at Kixby, you will lead cross-functional teams to ensure the successful delivery of projects, from development to deployment, focused on improving the operational efficiency of hotels and hospitality businesses. You will be responsible for managing the full project lifecycle, including planning, execution, and monitoring, while collaborating closely with stakeholders across product, engineering, and customer success teams. Responsibilities Lead and manage the planning and execution of hospitality technology projects, ensuring deadlines, budgets, and quality standards are met. Work closely with product managers, developers, designers, and the customer success team to align project objectives and deliverables. Develop and maintain project schedules, ensuring milestones are met on time. Act as the point of contact for project status and timelines. Identify potential risks or issues in project execution and take proactive steps to mitigate them, ensuring smooth delivery. Maintain regular communication with both internal teams and external stakeholders, providing updates on progress, challenges, and outcomes. Ensure that all project deliverables meet Kixby’s quality standards and client expectations. Budget Management: Oversee project budgets, ensuring resources are allocated efficiently and costs are tracked accurately. Coordinate team resources and manage the project’s workflow to optimize efficiency and productivity. Documentation & Reporting: Maintain detailed project documentation and provide timely reports on project status to senior management. After project completion, conduct reviews to assess the success of the project and identify areas for improvement. Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in project management, preferably in a tech or SaaS environment, ideally with some exposure to the hospitality industry. Project Management Certification: PMP (Project Management Professional) or equivalent certification preferred. Understanding of software development processes, Agile methodologies, and working with technical teams (e.g., developers, engineers). Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, with a keen attention to detail and strong prioritization skills. Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to engage and update stakeholders at all levels. Ability to anticipate project challenges and proactively resolve issues. Team Collaboration: Demonstrated experience working within cross-functional teams and leading collaborative efforts to meet shared goals. Proficiency with project management tools such as Jira, Trello, Asana, and Slack for effective communication and task management. Familiarity with Google Workspace and Microsoft Office Suite. A strong focus on customer satisfaction, with experience in understanding client needs and ensuring project outcomes align with expectations. Ability to work effectively in a remote or hybrid work environment, with reliable internet connectivity and proficiency in remote collaboration tools.
