Description REPORTS TO: Director of Construction HOURS: Full-Time, Monday through Friday WORK LOCATION: Minnetonka, MN COMPENSATION: $100k - 115k ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS Reasonable accommodation may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform these essential functions upon request. Develop, review and finalize construction documents for entitlement, permitting and construction. Maintain an adopted ownership mindset throughout the design and construction process Source and contract professional service agreements for design and engineering Manage schedules, budgets, RFIs, submittals, permits, and invoices Coordinate design drawings for procurement of structural steel with Supply Chain Manager Coordinate subcontractors/vendors; ensure compliance with contract requirements Communicate weekly project status to stakeholders Forecast monthly revenue, cost-to-complete, and margin protection and update and review project tracking software Audit document management services and creation of files for internal communication, and standard operating procedures Lead all client meetings, progress updates, and contract negotiations. Responsible for project management metrics tracked on weekly basis Oversee procurement, submittals, subcontractor agreements, and pay apps. Resolve conflicts, proactively manage risk, and escalate when needed Mentor Jr. PMs and delegate responsibilities effectively REQUIREMENTS/QUALIFICATIONS Strong negotiation and client facing communication skills Proven ability to manage budgets of $3M+ Strong analytical and problem-solving skills Construction Project Management experience (5-7 years) Proficient with Microsoft Office 365, Procore, and Bluebeam Bachelor’s degree in one of the following or related areas: Construction Management, Real Estate, or Urban Planning Driver's License (Required) PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS Prolonged periods sitting at a desk and working on a computer Must be able to lift up to 15 pounds at times Moderate travel required
