ABOUT THE ROLE

This is not a desk-bound coordination role, it’s for a hands-on leader who thrives on turning plans into built reality. You’ll take full ownership of steel fabrication and installation projects , from being part of the tender stage to handing over a completed project to the client , with every safety, quality, and fulfilment standard met along the way.

YOUR KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Plan & Execute – Drive projects from tender award to final handover, ensuring scope, budget, and timeline are met.
• Lead Teams – Manage internal crews, subcontractors, and suppliers for seamless execution.
• Technical Control – Review & follow up on drawings, RFIs, site changes, and technical clarifications.
• Safety & Compliance – Prepare, update, and manage RA (Risk Assessment), SWP (Safe Work Procedures), and MOS (Method of Statement) in line with Singapore safety standards.
• Site Presence – Conduct regular site inspections to verify build quality, schedule adherence, and safety compliance.
• Stakeholder Liaison – Coordinate with clients, consultants, and authorities on technical and safety matters.
• Track & Report – Monitor progress, costs, and documentation for management reporting and audits.
