Responsibilities

ABOUT THE ROLE:

Our client, a well-established construction company, is seeking an experienced Project Manager with drywall expertise to join their team. This role will focus on managing drywall and interior finishing projects, ensuring they are delivered safely, on time, and within budget.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Oversee the full lifecycle of drywall projects from planning and estimating through execution and close-out.
  • Develop, maintain, and monitor project schedules, budgets, and cost reporting.
  • Coordinate with site supervisors, subcontractors, suppliers, and clients to ensure smooth project delivery.
  • Conduct regular site visits to monitor progress, quality, and safety compliance.
  • Identify risks and implement mitigation strategies to keep projects on track.
  • Ensure adherence to company standards, building codes, and client specifications.
  • Mentor and guide project teams to optimize efficiency and collaboration.
