• Lead multi-disciplinary consultant teams through a variety of complex planning and construction processes, working closely with municipal authorities and private stakeholders to deliver successful communities.
• Lead day-to-day execution of development projects from acquisition and concept planning to implementation of cost-sharing agreements to sales readiness and registration.
• Manage direct reports and coordinate with internal teams and consultants to meet project milestones.
• Coordination of the development of conceptual draft plans and financial evaluation of plan alternatives. Optimize plans, unit mix, and project design for profitability and market alignment.
• Prepare and analyze schedules and budgets. Perform cost-benefit analysis to support financial targets.
• Stay current on policies, trends, and technologies influencing development.
