• Ensure timely planning approvals (Official Plan Amendment, Zoning By-Law Amendment, Draft Plan Approval, etc.). Management of consultant team to ensure timely delivery of key dates that drive the company business plan.
• Manage the development of conceptual draft plans and financial evaluation of plan alternatives, liaising with various external and internal parties
• Report to senior management on the progress and financial status of projects.
• Coordination of cost-sharing agreements.
• Coordination with homebuilding team.
• Perform any other duties as required
