Join our team as a Project Manager in our Land Development Team.
As a Project Manager in our Land Development Team, you will develop a broad knowledge and skills in land development engineering, focusing on site planning and design for industrial, commercial, and residential developments. You will evaluate, select, and apply standard techniques and procedures to perform tasks for conventional projects with few complex features. You will use your judgment to adapt methods for nonroutine aspects of assignments and apply principles of probability and statistics to determine risk relevant to engineering.

REQUIREMENTS

  • A bachelor’s degree in engineering from an accredited program is required.
  • Master’s degree is optional.
  • Engineer-in-Training certification required.
  • Professional Engineer license preferred.
  • Minimum of six years of relevant experience, including internships.
  • Strong communication and computer skills.
  • Commitment to lifelong learning to maintain knowledge of contemporary issues.

Responsibilities

TECHNICAL RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Perform moderate design tasks and collect data for site planning and design projects.
  • Prepare portions of plans, specifications, and other project documents.
  • Conduct research and field investigations, including observing construction activities.
  • Assist with the preparation and production of engineering deliverables.
  • Analyze and interpret test data.
  • May assist or perform CADD work, permit applications, and report writing.
