PROJECT MANAGER LEAD

The Project Manager Lead role is a dynamic and rewarding position blending three key areas: hands-on project delivery, people leadership, and portfolio management. You will lead a team of project managers, oversee multiple projects, and support portfolio-level governance to drive Sobeys’ strategic initiatives forward.
Sobeys is full of exciting opportunities, and we are always looking for bright new talent to join our team! We currently have a full time opportunity for a Project Manager Lead. This role is based out of our office in Mississauga, ON.

YOUR EXPERIENCE AND RESUME WILL SHOW US:

• 6+ years project management experience, with at least 2 years leading others.
• PMP or equivalent required.
• Strong coaching, communication, and conflict resolution skills.
• Ability to manage up and across the organization.
• Strong knowledge of both agile and traditional project methodologies.
• Experience using PPM tools and reporting dashboards.
