Job Description The Manager- Project Manager is a professional who can identify and implement innovative solutions, has exceptional project management skills and exceptional leadership skills. Responsible for managing projects lifecycle for clients, including planning, execution, monitoring, and closing, as well as managing internal teams and company projects. The Manager ensures that all projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget, while aligning outcomes with business objectives and maintaining high client satisfaction. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in computer engineering, computer science, Information Technology, or a related field 5+ years of experience, with at least 5 years in a project or program management role. Proven track record in leading cross functional and multiple stakeholder projects. Strong understanding of project management methodologies (Agile, Waterfall, Hybrid) and tools (e.g., Jira, MS Project, or Salesforce). Fluency in English and preferably French Strong leadership skills and the ability to effectively manage cross-functional teams Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders Strong analytical skills and the ability to define and solve complex problems Knowledge of regulatory requirements and industry standards Experience IT field, or CRMs and cloud platforms Ability to travel when required Responsibilities Define project scope, objectives, and success metrics aligned with business goals and client expectations Develop project plans, backlogs, resource allocations, and risk mitigation strategies. Facilitate meetings, particularly project meetings, ensure project governance. Develop and manage projects budgets, ensuring that resources are allocated effectively Ensures, and oversees project documentation is up to date Ensure project management best practices are followed throughout the project lifecycle Act as primary point of contact for key clients, through transparent communication and proactive risk management To evaluate employees performance and manage their careers in a productive way, in line with the company’s objectives
