Job Description Represents the interests of the Plant/country (be the voice), balances this with the interests of the Project and communicates relevant information to relevant stakeholders from Plant/Country Raises and follows up on the release of PAMs including tracking of the available, needed and spent Capex Leads the creation of the Detailed ramp up plan by considering the requirements from the Customer and the inputs from all the Project team members Plans and co-ordinates the Run@rate, reports on the findings and drives the implementation of corrective actions on time Monitors & reports on the Ramp up and KPIs (plant related P&L lines, e.g. variable and fixed costs in the plant, quality performance, delivery performance) and drives the implementation of corrective actions Identifies risks and opportunities, defines and carries out measures to manage those in direct project environment. Collects and share the Lessons Learned with the Launch team and have reviews on a continuous basis Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Engineering is required, Project Management Professional (PMP) certification is a high advantage Minimum of 5-7 years of experience as a Project Manager, with at least 2 years in a leadership role, preferably within the Automotive Industry Exceptional communication skills, stakeholder management abilities, and advanced problem-solving capabilities are essential Demonstrated proficiency in the English language, both written and verbal Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office is mandatory Additional Information People of all genders are always meant equally; for linguistic simplification and better readability, only the masculine form is used in the text. Responsibilities
