We currently have an opportunity for a Project Manager (Lifecycle) . Join our Health and Education team in Bendigo and play a key role in ensuring the effective delivery of asset lifecycle projects that maintain facility integrity, support operational efficiency, and contribute to long-term strategic asset management goals. Reporting to Asset Manager, you’ll help deliver high-quality outcomes that support our essential services.

This role offers a broad scope, with key responsibilities including:

• Manage end-to-end asset lifecycle projects, including planning, procurement, implementation, commissioning, and financial reporting within agreed timelines and budgets.
• Ensure all changes to facilities—such as additions or modifications—are accurately recorded in asset registers and maintenance management systems.
• Oversee contractor management to ensure compliance with safety procedures, including conducting site inductions and monitoring safe work practices.

• Support the development and delivery of strategic asset management plans, including estimating costs and defining scopes for annual, five-year, and minor works projects. Contribute to the effective functioning of facilities operations by managing special projects, resolving ad-hoc tasks, and providing project support as needed.
