WHAT WE NEED FROM YOU

  • Minimum of 3 years experience in technical project management within telecommunications industry desirable but not essential
  • Proficiency in project management software and tools ideally including the use of JIRA.
  • Strong understanding or experience of other regulatory requirements
  • Experience with Salesforce (desirable) and other cloud-based applications including integration
  • PRINCE2 foundation certification or equivalent experience
  • Experienced in Agile project delivery
  • Strong understanding and application of project management principles, processes and themes
  • Ability to tailor project management to fit the project environment and context
  • Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
  • Strong organisational and time-management skills
  • Ability to develop and maintain comprehensive project documentation
  • Excellent communications and stakeholder management skills
  • Ability to work effectively within a team and with external partners
  • Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities

Responsibilities

Reporting directly to the Head of PMO, the Project Manager will focus on an assigned portfolio of small/medium technology projects and for these will do the following:

  • Project Governance: Ensure all assigned projects adhere to company standards and methodologies
  • Project Support: Provide comprehensive project support, ensuring smooth and efficient delivery
  • Project Reporting: Develop and maintain detailed project plans, schedules, and progress report
  • Technical Project Management skills: Ensure the effective capture of business requirements to enable technical solutions to be developed
  • Collaboration and Communication: Work closely with the Head OSS/BSS systems, internal stakeholders and external third parties and communicate effectively on project status/plans/issues
