We are looking for a talented Project Manager who will be responsible for ensuring the effective development and delivery of test equipment and systems to our customers by coordinating the technical, timing, and financial elements of multiple projects while being the primary interface between the customer, internal engineering, and management teams.   Main Responsibilities: * Develop and maintain project timelines, milestones, cost estimates, and deliverables.  * Create and administer project plans and schedules in MS Project. * Communicate directly with customers to align timing plans, share schedule risk information, and escalate critical issues. * Drive engineering and manufacturing activities through launch, with special focus on critical path tasks, to ensure customer satisfaction and Link objectives are met. * Collaborate with a cross-functional team to identify, understand, and mitigate risks to project timing, product cost, quality, and reliability. * Drive actions as required to meet project goals. * Follow a project within the scope of work, on time, and on budget.  * Create and maintain project documentation.  * Obtain quotes from riggers, contractors and manage to completion of work (e.g., Mechanical, Rigging, Plumbing, HVAC, Electrical, and Civil work). * Drive resolution of project concerns related to engineering, performance, cost, timing, manufacturing, supply base etc. * Interface with the customer, contractors, and the Link team during project installations in the field. * Quadrants 2-3 of the complexity-volume matrix (relatively higher number of projects, field installations, and increasing complexity). * Participate in pre-project planning and field scope definition for sales quotation development.   * Ensure work is performed in a safe manner using all available safety equipment. * All other related duties as assigned. * Possess mental faculties consistent with performing the minimum requirements of the job. * Adhere and perform all duties aligned with the core values of the LINK Group organization, Can-Do Attitude, Courage, Commitment, Humility and Accountability. Qualifications: * Bachelor’s Degree preferred. * High School Diploma. * Minimum of 3 years relevant project experience in the equipment build and installation industry. Knowledge, Skills & Abilities: * Solid business and financial acumen to keep project within scope, schedule, and budget. * Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to work well with a team. * Familiarity with machine installation. * Knowledge of ERP systems. * Skilled listening ability to fully understand the scope and issues within a project. * Strong technical background and working familiarity of electrical, mechanical, and software integration preferred. Physical Requirements:  * Ability to speak verbally, and read in English * Ability to walk. * Ability to see with corrective lenses. * Ability to hear. * Ability to lift up to 20 pounds. * Ability to bend, stoop, crouch, reach, hand-eye coordination, and manual dexterity. * Ability to use a computer. * Ability to travel up to 10% domestically.
