We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to oversee a Groundworks and RC Frame project in Stevenage. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in civil engineering and construction management, with a proven track record of successfully delivering similar projects on time and within budget.

REQUIREMENTS:

• Proven experience as a Project Manager in groundworks and RC frame projects.
• Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and drive project performance.
• Black CSCS Card (essential).
• SMSTS Certification (essential).
• Full UK driving license.

• Manage and coordinate all aspects of the groundworks and RC frame project.
• Lead project planning, scheduling, and execution to ensure timely completion.
• Oversee site operations, ensuring compliance with health & safety regulations.
• Liaise with clients, subcontractors, and stakeholders to ensure project requirements are met.
• Monitor progress, budget, and quality control to achieve project objectives.
• Provide leadership and direction to the site team and workforce.
• Ensure adherence to industry standards and company policies.
