We are currently seeking motivated Project Managers to join our teams in Lisbon.

In this role, you will be responsible for:

• Managing all phases of transformational projects, from initiation through to delivery, ensuring alignment with strategic objectives and timelines.
• Applying Agile methodologies to streamline processes, optimize workflows, and nurture a culture of continuous improvement.
• Collaborating with stakeholders at all levels, including business units and project teams, to ensure clear communication, alignment, and effective decision-making.
• Building, leading, and inspiring high-performing cross-functional teams, providing coaching and mentorship to promote Agile and Lean adoption.
