JOB REQUIREMENTS:

• Minimum of 10 years of relevant work experience in (Electrical and Instrumentation) Oil & Gas
• General knowledge of the Oil & Gas industry
• Strong skills in business analysis and economic evaluation.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and Primavera P6
• Strong organizational and planning abilities.
• Detail-oriented with a meticulous approach to tasks.
• Proactive and solution-driven mindset.
• Excellent interpersonal and relationship-building skills

• Preparing and submission of Tender packages both Technical and Commercial for EPC Contracts.
• Attending the Pre- Bid, Post bid & Negotiation )meeting with Client & Consultant.
• E-Biding: with MNC Companies & preparation for Clarification report for Technical and commercial

in the bidding.

• Working out the estimate Quantity for Planning, Costing and Material Requisitions purpose for the

awarded Projects.

• Co-ordinate with client to acquire relevant project documents for project team.
• Assisting with subcontractor and vendor selection.
• Planning site activities in detail, setting targets and accurately forecasting completion dates.
• Attending weekly, monthly meeting with clients or consultants and conducting daily progress

meeting with staffs & sub contractors.

• Identifying issues and problems with the scope and progress of projects.
• Ensuring that all quality control, environmental and health and safety requirements are met.
• Communicating effectively with co-workers, clients and subcontractors.
• Tracking project activities against the plan.
• Handling multiple assignments at the same time.
