Responsibilities * Responsible for the delivery and implementation of securities systems for Hong Kong brokerage clients, including installation, configuration, testing and go-live support * Coordinate project resources, develop project plans, track project progress and ensure on-time delivery * Provide technical support related to the Hong Kong securities market, including technical integration with the Hong Kong Stock Exchange (HKEX) * Gain an in-depth understanding of the securities system's fundamental framework and assist clients in completing system go-live * Maintain efficient communication with clients and internal teams (technical, product, etc.) to ensure smooth project execution * Troubleshoot issues encountered during project implementation, manage project risks and improve client satisfaction * Assist in other ad-hoc duties as assigned Requirements * Bachelor’s degree holder or above, preferably in Computer Science, Information Technology, Financial Engineering or related fields * Minimum 3 years’ of project management experience, with work experience in Hong Kong brokerage firms or related to securities systems preferred * Holder of PMP certification is an advantage * Familiarity with the foundational framework of securities systems, system go-live processes, and a good understanding of the Hong Kong securities market and HKEX connectivity * Good communication skill, capable of seamless communication with clients and teams * Strong organizational, problem-solving and stress management skills * Excellent command in written and spoken English and Chinese (including Cantonese and Mandarin) * Candidates with less experience will be considered as Assistant Project Manager
