We are looking for a Project Manager who has previous experience in a luxury firm.

· Provide the Schedule Administrators the entire scope of work of a project (SOR, timing, special requirements and budget) with regards to correctly filling in all LMD schedules. Write MOMs
· Follow protocols for client sign-off on quotes, drawings and budgets
· Execute financial tasks for client payment allocations
· Communicate with clients on a very professional level
· Attend design presentations and client finance meetings
· Coordinate and facilitate site measurements and/or installation for the LMD related installations
· Drawing management; Ensuring drawings are approved as required & provide drawing release timing.
