  • Substantial Project Management Experience: Demonstrated track record in project management, showcasing your ability to successfully plan, execute, and deliver projects with excellence.
  • Appointed Person Qualification: Holding an Appointed Person qualification is essential, highlighting your expertise in overseeing and coordinating complex projects while ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations.
  • Proven Track Record: Proven ability to effectively manage and deliver high-value projects within specified timelines and to exacting specifications, demonstrating your commitment to quality and customer satisfaction.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office: Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, enabling you to effectively utilise these tools for project planning, communication, and documentation.
Responsibilities

PURPOSE

As a Project Manager at Algeco UK, you will play a crucial role in overseeing project delivery, maintaining strong customer relationships, and ensuring successful outcomes. From planning to handover, you will manage all project aspects, coordinate labour resources, and maintain high standards of health and safety. Your focus will be on effective communication, supervision of staff and subcontractors, and prompt resolution of customer issues. Ultimately, your goal is to deliver quality projects, uphold customer satisfaction, and uphold Algeco UK’s reputation.

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES

As an Algeco UK Project Manager, you’ll be at the forefront of delivering exceptional projects while building strong relationships with our valued customers.
End-to-end Project Management: Take charge of all project aspects, from order receipt to client handover and site clearance, ensuring seamless execution and remarkable outcomes.
Customer Engagement: Cultivate productive relationships with key stakeholders, serving as their trusted point of contact throughout the project journey, ensuring their satisfaction and exceeding their expectations.
Strategic Planning: Develop comprehensive project plans, aligning with contract goals and objectives, and advising on contractual proposals when needed, injecting your expertise to drive success.
Resource Coordination: Collaborate with Regional Service Managers to assign and schedule labour resources, both in-house and subcontractors, ensuring timely and budget-conscious project execution.
Team Leadership: Supervise and mentor your direct reports & sub-contractors providing guidance and support to help them excel in their roles and contribute to project success.
Technical Expertise: Work closely with the Central Planning Hub and Regional Technical Representatives to develop project plans for Moduflex projects, leveraging your knowledge and experience to optimise efficiency.
Health, Safety, and Quality: Uphold high standards of health and safety on-site, ensuring the well-being of our team and subcontractors, while also maintaining strict quality control throughout the installation process.
Effective Communication: Clearly communicate project expectations to team members, enabling them to deliver outstanding results on time and with precision.
Customer Service Excellence: Maintain exceptional customer service by promptly resolving any issues that may arise and ensuring quick and efficient solutions in collaboration with the Regional Team.
Continuous Improvement: Foster a culture of continuous improvement, seeking innovative solutions, and finding ways to exceed customer satisfaction, always striving to enhance Algeco UK’s reputation as a leader in the industry.
