PROJECT MANAGER

Job Purpose: The overall responsibility of the Project Manager is to steward the company’s projects life cycle (from sales confirmation to final customer acceptance). The role will be to manage multiple projects and ensure all assigned projects meet quality, timeline, and cost objectives.

QUALIFICATION:

  • Project management experience with budgets of $1 MM+
  • 3+ years’ experience in manufacturing or construction industry
  • ERP experience (preferably FeneVision)
  • Strong organizational abilities
  • Strong communication abilities
  • Critical thinking
  • Self-starter that is organized and wants to positively impact the company and clients.
  • Capable of working under pressure to meet deadlines and prioritize work.
  • Actively engage at any opportunity to collaborate with colleagues and clients.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, Power Point, and Outlook

Responsibilities

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Provide order acknowledgment to customer.
  • Ensure order Integrity and completeness (documentation/information).
  • Ensure material availability for project before production starts.
  • Schedule orders in capacity.
  • Communicate and confirm order delivery with customers.
  • Coordinate production release with customers.
  • Coordinate with capacity to release orders to production.
  • Coordinate with shipping.
  • Coordinate with service team.
  • Manage client acceptance and closure.
    The project manager will be responsible for the following order types in their respective project portfolios: Supply Only, Service and Renovation.

ADDITIONAL DUTIES:

  • React quickly to changing internal and external business conditions and propose effective alternatives.
  • Manage and resolve potentially stressful and difficult situations by involving the right people at the right time.
  • Continuously seek to improve internal business processes and reduce errors by investigating and adapting new procedures, tools or technology.
