Responsibilities Manage all phases of LV electrical projects from initiation to completion, ensuring adherence to timelines and budgets. Establish project scope, objectives, and deliverables in collaboration with stakeholders. Coordinate activities across various teams, including design, engineering, and construction, to facilitate smooth execution. Develop and maintain project documentation, including schedules, reports, and change orders. Monitor project progress, identifying and addressing issues as they arise to ensure successful delivery. Conduct risk assessments and implement mitigation strategies to minimize project risks. Foster strong relationships with clients, providing updates and addressing concerns throughout the project lifecycle. Ensure compliance with safety regulations and quality standards during project execution. Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Project Management, or a related field. 5+ years of experience in project management, specifically within LV electrical systems. Strong understanding of LV electrical systems design, installation, and compliance standards. Proficient in project management software and tools. Excellent communication and organizational skills to effectively manage cross-functional teams and client relationships. Proven track record of successfully managing projects within scope, time, and budget constraints. Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to make decisions in high-pressure situations.
