PROJECT MANAGER - LAND DEVELOPMENT

The number one civil engineering firm in Los Angeles is seeking a civil project manager to join their land development team. They work on a range of projects including residential, multi-family, education, student housing, commercial, industrial, mixed-use, and specialist science and technology facilities. The Project Manager will be responsible for…

• Overseeing the day-to-day coordination of conceptual site plans, site design, roadway design, grading and drainage systems, and stormwater pollution prevention plans
• Lead the planning and feasibility studies, geometric design schematics, construction plans, specifications, and cost estimates for development projects
• Develop project proposals, scopes, and budgets, and manage execution and tracking of projects

The Project Manager should have…

• Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering (or related)
• PE License in California
• 6+ years of relevant experience
• Fluency with AutoCAD Civil 3D
