We collaborate globally between our U.S. headquarters and Korean R&D center to advance diagnostic precision and clinical decision-making in neurology. Position Overview We are seeking a Project Manager (PM) who can bridge communication between the U.S. and Korean teams, manage project timelines, and coordinate priorities across development, QA, and product functions. This role is essential for enhancing delivery efficiency, team alignment, and product stability for our medical devices. Key Responsibilities Lead project planning and execution across multiple software development initiatives Manage schedules, deliverables, and milestones using Agile/Scrum methodology Coordinate cross-functional communication between Dev, QA, Product, and Executive teams Facilitate sprint meetings, stand-ups, and retrospectives Track project progress and identify blockers, ensuring timely delivery Maintain and facilitate team compliance with project documentation (Jira, Confluence, or similar tools) Support release readiness and QA processes in collaboration with the QA team Contribute to building efficient workflows and long-term project management structure Qualifications Required: 7+ years of experience in software project management or related technical roles Strong understanding of software development processes and lifecycle (including release strategies) Familiarity with full stack development Excellent communication and coordination skills across multicultural teams Fluent in English and Korean (verbal and written) Preferred: PMP or equivalent certification Scrum Product Owner certification Experience in healthcare, neurotech, or medical software industry Familiarity with QA and release management processes Experience with Figma, Jira, or similar collaboration tools Work Environment Location: Seoul office (Gangnam) Collaboration with global teams (U.S.–Korea) Reports to: Product Executive Director (U.S.) Why Join LVIS Be a part of a mission-driven company improving neurological diagnostics Work in a global, cross-disciplinary environment with cutting-edge AI technologies Shape the company’s global PM structure and processes from the ground up
