Location: Mohali / Chandigarh, India Type: Full-Time, On-site About the Role We’re looking for a high-caliber Project Manager to take ownership of solar projects from contract to completion, ensuring every step in the process moves forward efficiently, accurately, and on schedule. This is not a passive coordination role. You’ll actively drive progress, identify roadblocks, communicate across departments, and ensure nothing stalls in the pipeline. You’ll manage 20–30 active projects at once, working closely with sales, operations, permitting, installation, and post-ops to deliver a smooth experience from start to finish. 5+ years of experience in project management or operations (solar, construction, or SaaS preferred). Proven ability to manage high-volume, fast-moving projects with competing deadlines. Strong English communication skills — written and verbal (U.S.-facing coordination). Excellent coordination, multitasking, and prioritization abilities. High comprehension and problem-solving ability — can anticipate issues and act before they happen. Strong sense of ownership, accountability, and follow-through. Calm under pressure, professional, and consistent in communication. Experience working with U.S. or international teams preferred. KPIs / Success Metrics 95%+ on-time project progression across all stages. Zero idle projects in pipeline beyond SLA. Accurate CRM documentation for 100% of assigned projects. Timely escalation and resolution of blockers. Improved project completion timelines and reduced bottlenecks.
