Description

JOB SUMMARY:

We are looking for a highly experienced and proactive Project Manager to lead and oversee the successful delivery of high kV power plant and substation projects located on Jurong Island . The ideal candidate will be responsible for the complete project lifecycle—from planning and execution to commissioning—while ensuring compliance with regulatory and safety standards.

REQUIREMENTS:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical & Electrical Engineering or a related field.
  • At least 5 years of project management experience, preferably in high-voltage (HV) or power generation projects.
  • Proven track record in delivering large-scale electrical infrastructure or substation projects (ideally high kV).
  • Solid understanding of Singapore’s energy regulations and safety compliance standards.
  • Strong leadership, organizational, and problem-solving capabilities.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
Responsibilities
  • Manage end-to-end execution of high kV power plant and substation projects.
  • Oversee electrical and executive installation works, ensuring alignment with technical drawings, specifications, and engineering standards.
  • Monitor project timelines, costs, and deliverables to ensure they meet contractual and client requirements.
  • Supervise site activities including construction, installation, testing, and commissioning.
  • Review and validate technical documents, drawings, and installation plans.
  • Coordinate with regulatory bodies to ensure compliance with EMA, NEA, MOM , and other applicable authorities.
  • Conduct project meetings, lead stakeholder communications, and manage risk assessments.
  • Ensure full adherence to health, safety, and environmental (HSE) policies and procedures.
  • Identify and resolve project challenges swiftly to avoid delays and cost overruns.
