Please visit our website: www.turnerandtownsend.com Job Description We are seeking for a Project Manager (m/f/d) to join our Team in Frankfurt on major Data Centre construction projects: Manage overall project cost, schedule and budgets. Manage substation projects (mid-voltage). Manage General Contractor and other directly contracted vendors and consultants. Analyse, track and effectively manage critical milestone activities to avoid schedule slip. Run and lead client and other required meetings. Identify the factors that influence construction costs and can monitor and report on this data. Support engineering decisions relating to the project cost and budget while design-build changes take place during construction. Review requests for payment. Record occurrence that might result in a claim - acting on the client’s behalf. Managing the flow of project information between the team and the client, through regular meetings and written communications. Qualifications A construction related academic qualification /degree (e.g. construction, project management, engineering, surveying or architecture). Min. 4 years of working experiences in project management for construction projects; experiences in Data Centre constructions preferred. Advanced skills with spreadsheets, report writing and presentations. Strong and professional communication skills, with great organization skills, ability to multi-task. Must have a “team attitude”, be self-motivated and be willing to support other groups and projects when required. Fluent in English, min. B2 German level.
