HUB Organoids is looking for an experienced Project Manager who wants to use his/her expertise to support our mission to the acceleration of drug discovery pipeline for our customers, applying our state-of-the art organoid ("a patient in the lab") technology. You contribute to the success of HUB by delivering projects on-time, on-schedule and within budget eventually contributing to the commercial target of the organization.

Responsibilities
  • Manage a portfolio of complex initiatives that span over one or multiple departments.
  • Owns multiple projects portfolio from conception till closure of projects.
  • Single point of contact with client throughout the project life cycle for administrative and logistics questions or issues related to projects
  • Manage all aspects of projects to ensure it is aligned with strategic objectives and directly supports to achieve them.
  • Understand interdependencies between technology, operations and business needs.
  • Prepare monthly report focusing on scope, budget and schedule for management team.
  • Prepare monthly revenue recognition data, corresponding to study progress and milestones.
  • Work with R&D and Business Development on project scope changes and ensure customer amendments are in place where necessary.
  • Support finance department for invoicing which is linked with milestone in projects, including final cost summaries at end of the project.
  • Respond to audit requests from Internal and External stakeholders where applicable and necessary
  • Resolve issues with customers regarding study costs and invoicing issues in support with finance department.
  • Extensive knowledge and understanding of project and program management principles, methods and techniques.
