In order to strengthen our group team we are looking for a

REQUIREMENTS

  • Education in business administration or related field (minimum bachelor)
  • First work experience as Project Manager (minimum 2 year) in waterfall methodology based on IPMA / PMP standards
  • Excellent social and personal competences
  • Perfect command of Microsoft Office 365 skills advantageous
  • Agile mindset and Scrum framework project management
  • Customer oriented team player is a plus
  • Proactive hands-on approach
  • Ready to learn new things and work in dynamic environment
  • German language is a plus, English fluency (B2/C1)

Responsibilities:

  • Company-wide project management for group wide implementation projects, possibly affecting all our business units (Recycling, Containerboard, Packaging, Holding)
  • Responsible for execution of the project (technically: time, scope, quality, budget)
  • Presentations, meetings, and workshop preparation & planning & organization & post work
  • Project planning, execution status reporting and project controlling
  • Theoretical knowledge about agile methodology, practice as Scrum Master is an asset
  • Experience in IT consulting is a plus
  • Process related tasks experience
