• Definition of the structure and scope of the technical information for all RRPS products, with a special focus on automation.
• Project management of technical information in development projects such as the introduction of new automation products, software, or further descriptions.
• Responsible for the correct and timely provision of standardized, order-specific and also interactively networked product documentation.
• Support for the organization regarding technical information (development, sales, customer service), including requirements from external companies and suppliers, if applicable.
• Completed studies in the field of technical writing or completed technical training or studies with further education as a technical writer
• Ideally, several years of professional experience as a technical writer in the field of automation/software.
• Structuring, modularization and visualization of technical content
• Bill of materials and assembly research in ERP (SAP) and PLM (Windchill) is advantageous.
• Experience with an XML authoring system. We offer
