Responsibilities:

  • Define the project scope and objectives, set milestones and timelines, and identify potential risks to align with the company’s goals.
  • Continuously track program progress, monitor performance and adjust strategies as needed to ensure program success.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Identify areas for improvement and resolve issues that arise during projects.
  • Allocate resources and ensure compliance with relevant standards and regulations.

Requirements:

  • 3 years+ PM experience in the IT industry
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and deliver them on time and within budget.
  • Excellent understanding of IT knowledge, infrastructure, development, and emerging technologies.
  • Strong time management and leadership skills to inspire and guide teams.
  • Good oral and written communication skills in Chinese and English/German;
  • Flexibility to manage unexpected challenges and prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Exceptional skills in leadership and time management
  • Have valid Germany driving license (B2)
