WHAT WILL YOU DO?

You will, together with the project director, take the lead on a high-impact project that combines engineering, people management and sustainability. From day one, you are responsible for delivering a fully operational factory that meets the company’s high standards.

• Lead the Dormagen plant project from initial design to go-live over a two-year period
• Manage engineering, contractors, stakeholders, and timelines
• Build and lead a dedicated project team
• Collaborate with R&D in Munich for smooth tech transfer
• Take ownership of quality, safety and stakeholder communication throughout the build
