Description

We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Project Manager with a strong background in civil engineering and construction project delivery. The ideal candidate must have at least 10 years of experience in managing construction projects, be fluent in Arabic, and hold a civil engineering degree. This role involves overseeing all phases of construction projects, ensuring timely completion, budget control, and quality assurance.

QUALIFICATIONS & REQUIREMENTS:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering (Master’s degree is a plus).
  • Minimum 10 years of experience in construction project management.
  • Fluent in Arabic (spoken and written) – mandatory.
  • Proven track record of delivering large-scale civil construction projects.
  • Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficiency in project management tools (e.g., Primavera, MS Project).
  • Knowledge of local construction laws, regulations, and permitting processes.

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:

  • PMP or equivalent project management certification.
  • Experience in infrastructure, residential, or commercial construction projects in the MENA region.
  • Familiarity with FIDIC contracts and project controls
