• 10 years’ experience managing information technology projects in a healthcare environment. Experience should include reporting progress to the project steering committee and ensuring the safe implementation of software solutions in a clinical environment.
• 7 years’ experience coordinating internal delivery staff, vendor partners and customer stakeholders to successfully deliver project outcomes that support large-scale digital business transformation projects in a healthcare environment.
• 7 years’ experience implementing or migrating applications and infrastructure in a large acute care environment or a large public sector environment with private, public and hybrid-cloud architecture including converged/hyperconverged infrastructure, to SaaS, PaaS and hyperscale models including Microsoft Azure and AWS. Experience should include coordinating implementation with clinical and business resources and management, vendor partners and internal resources.
• 5 years’ experience utilizing a structured methodology such as Prosci to deliver large, enterprise-wide organizational change management strategies and plans​

Requirements

• Valid Project Management Professional (PMP) Certification.
• Valid PROSCI (ADKAR) Organizational Change Management certification.
• Valid PRINCE2 Foundation or Practitioner certification.
• ITIL Foundation or Practitioner certification.
