Are you an experienced Project Manager with a passion for delivering high-quality civil construction projects? At A1 Earthworx, a wholly owned subsidiary of MAAS Group Holdings, we are looking for a driven leader to manage and execute large-scale civil projects including subdivision and TfNSW projects from start to finish.

MANDATORY REQUIREMENTS

• Driver’s Licence
• White Card (Construction Induction Training)
• Relevant industry certifications

As a Project Manager - Civil, you will be responsible for overseeing the full lifecycle of civil projects, ensuring they are delivered on time, within budget, and according to project specifications. Your key responsibilities include:

• Project Leadership – Manage planning, scheduling, and execution of projects
• Contract & Financial Management – Oversee tenders, budgets, and cost control
• Stakeholder Engagement – Build strong client relationships and lead project meetings
• Site Coordination – Work closely with site supervisors, engineers, and subcontractors
• Safety & Compliance – Enforce WHS standards and drive continuous improvement
