ABOUT THE JOB

We are seeking an organized, proactive, and detail-oriented Project Manager to join our dynamic team. This role is critical to ensuring the seamless execution of a wide variety of marketing projects, from strategic planning to development and final delivery. The ideal candidate will possess a strong understanding of project management methodologies, with a particular emphasis on managing complex timelines and a keen awareness of the intricacies involved in creative production. While reporting to the Account Director, this role will also maintain a close working relationship with the Creative and Media Directors to optimize workflows and support the team’s organizational needs.
Your day-to-day will include everything from kicking off new projects and coordinating teams to tracking budgets and ensuring deadlines don’t slip. You’ll be the glue that holds projects together, making sure everyone-from designers to media strategists to clients-is on the same page.

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, or a related field. PMP certification is a plus.
  • 3+ years of experience in project management within an advertising, marketing, or agency environment.
  • Proven experience managing creative projects (e.g., websites, video campaigns, print collateral, digital ads).
  • Strong understanding of the agency workflow and the different stages of a marketing campaign.
  • Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Expert in project management software (e.g., Asana, Monday.com, Trello, Jira, Workfront). Familiarity with Asana is a plus since that is our newest system.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proactive, self-starter with a strong work ethic and a collaborative spirit.
  • Familiarity with destination marketing is a plus.
