Position Summary
We are seeking a results-driven Sr. Project Manager to lead the delivery of transformative technology initiatives across Microsoft Modern Work, Application Development, and Cloud Infrastructure practices. This role will be responsible for managing complex, cross-functional programs that enable collaboration, innovation, and agility across the organization. The ideal candidate has a strong background in Microsoft technologies, cloud platforms, and enterprise delivery—along with a passion for driving adoption and organizational change.
Key Responsibilities
Program & Project Leadership
- Lead end-to-end delivery of Microsoft-based programs, including discovery, roadmap development, execution, and post-launch optimization.
- Define program scope, milestones, and resource plans in alignment with client goals and Microsoft best practices.
- Manage timelines, dependencies, and risks across workstreams, ensuring high-quality delivery and stakeholder satisfaction.
- Track and mitigate program risks, issues, and change requests.
- Provide clear communication and reporting to stakeholders and executive sponsors.
Microsoft Solutions Delivery
- Oversee implementation and enhancement of Microsoft Teams, SharePoint Online, OneDrive for Business, and Viva Suite.
- Guide collaboration governance design, lifecycle management, and rollout of Teams apps, channels, and meeting extensions.
- Lead the implementation of Microsoft 365 Copilot and custom Copilot solutions leveraging Azure OpenAI, Microsoft Graph, and Power Platform connectors.
- Ensure ethical, secure, and compliant integration of AI capabilities into client workflows and digital experiences.
- Collaborate with data, security, and architecture teams to enable contextual, enterprise-ready AI copilots.
- Oversee development of low-code and pro-code applications using Power Apps, Power Automate, Dataverse, Azure Functions, and Logic Apps.
- Promote scalable and maintainable designs that align with enterprise architecture and DevOps practices.
- Drive agile delivery methods across development, QA, and release cycles to accelerate time to value.
Adoption & Change Management
- Develop and execute change management strategies to drive successful adoption of new tools and processes.
- Lead stakeholder engagement, training, communication, and readiness efforts.
- Monitor user feedback and adoption metrics to refine enablement strategies and increase ROI.
- Partner with HR, communications, and business leaders to support behavioral and cultural change.
Stakeholder Engagement & Communication
- Act as the primary point of contact for client executives, business leads, and technical stakeholders throughout the program lifecycle.
- Facilitate alignment between IT and business teams, driving consensus and decision-making across competing priorities.
- Deliver regular program updates, executive briefings, and strategic recommendations that demonstrate business value.
