QUALIFICATIONS:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Project Management, or a similar field is an asset but not required.
• Experience in project management, especially in the window and door industry or home improvement in an asset.
• You’re a master juggler, able to keep multiple projects in the air without breaking a sweat.
• Communication is your superpower, and you’re not afraid to use it to rally the troops and keep everyone moving in the same direction.
• If you’re handy with project management software like Microsoft Project or Asana, that’s a big plus.
• Attention to detail is your middle name, and you’re always striving for perfection.
• Fast-paced environments don’t faze you – in fact, you thrive on the energy of a busy workplace.
• PMP certification? Nice to have, but not a deal-breaker.

ABOUT THE ROLE:

We’re on the lookout for a super star Project Manager to join our team. The Project Manager will be responsible for managing all new orders from sign off until execution - working in close proximity with our sales, installation, and administrative teams. We need someone with vision and drive to coordinate our sales, installation, and admin teams, ensuring every project runs like a well-oiled machine from start to finish.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• You’ll be the glue that holds our teams together. You’ll make sure our sales, production, and installation teams are on the same page while ensuring projects stay on track and on time.
• You’ll work in close proximity with our sales team, ensuring they’re kept in the loop with any order changes due to installation or manufacturing limitations/concerns.
• Communicate any required changes to homeowners regarding their window and door order.
• Team up with our installation and manufacturing teams to ensure projects are manufactured and installed the correct way, every time.
• Follow up with consumers post-installation to ensure they are over the moon with the results.
• Keeping project paperwork concise is critical for the success of this role. You’ll be managing contracts changes, email communications, and site visits - so keeping a clean paper trail everywhere you go is very important.
