Description:

WHAT YOU’LL NEED:

  • Project Management experience (project preparation, quality, project structures, planning, risk management, contracts, costs, finance tracking & reporting, project execution, leadership, teamwork & communication, conflicts & negotiations)
  • English, fluent proficiency verbal and written
  • Tertiary qualification preferred (ideally in Project Management or Engineering), or suitable operational experience
  • 3-5 years evidence of experience in a similar role, ideally in any/some of the following sectors: Logistics, Mechanical or Civil engineering, construction, renewables, oil and gas, offshore, ports, mining

Responsibilities:

SUMMARY OF THE ROLE:

  • Project Manager to join our team in Perth
  • Based at our Naval Base Depot

    As a Project Manager, we will look to you to deliver each project safely and successfully alongside your team. The potential is vast and the projects are challenging, exciting and unique.

WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING:

  • Testing both your technical project management skills and your people skills
  • Orchestrating critical planning, seamless communications, decisive actions, management throughout the project lifecycle
  • Assuming accountability for all facets of the contract, risk management, project preparation, execution and control
  • Demonstrating your abilities by spearheading projects of increasing magnitude and intricacy, showcasing your capabilities
