QUALIFICATIONS

· 5+ years of IT project management experience (MSP or IT services strongly preferred).
· Proven experience managing and leading technical teams.
· Strong knowledge of IT infrastructure, networking, cloud services, and security.
· Proficiency with PSA/project management tools (e.g., ConnectWise, Autotask, HaloPSA, or equivalent).
· PMP or Agile/Scrum certification preferred.

ROLE SUMMARY

The Project Manager is responsible for overseeing the successful delivery of client projects within the Managed Services division. This includes managing the full project lifecycle—from initiation through closure—while providing leadership and direction to the Project Engineering team. The Project Manager ensures that all projects are delivered on time, within scope and budget, and in alignment with the company’s quality standards.
