Location: Bucharest, hybrid role, 2 days/week at the office Contract Duration: 6 months About the Role: We are looking for an experienced Project Manager with a strong background in Management of Change (MoC) to lead and deliver strategic transformation initiatives across internal teams and partner ecosystems. The ideal candidate will combine strategic vision, hands-on project execution, and strong communication skills to drive adoption of new processes, tools, and ways of working within a dynamic environment. Tasks Develop and execute change management strategies aligned with organizational objectives and partner requirements. Design and implement training programs and materials to support adoption of new processes and tools. Create and manage communication plans to ensure clarity, transparency, and engagement throughout the change lifecycle. Identify, assess, and prepare for upcoming changes, building structured frameworks to mitigate risk and ensure smooth transitions. Collaborate closely with cross-functional and partner-facing teams to gather feedback, identify process gaps, and define improvement areas. Track and report on change readiness, adoption, and impact metrics, ensuring continuous process improvement. Facilitate workshops and stakeholder sessions to drive engagement, alignment, and ownership of change initiatives. Ensure compliance with internal governance standards and organizational best practices in all change-related activities. Requirements Proven experience in Project Management and Management of Change within complex or large-scale organizations. Strong knowledge of change management frameworks (e.g., ADKAR, Prosci, Kotter). Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and presentation skills. Ability to develop and deliver training and enablement materials for diverse audiences. Experience working with cross-functional, global, and partner-facing teams. Highly proactive, detail-oriented, and adaptable to fast-paced environments. Familiarity with enterprise tools and governance processes is a strong advantage.
