Apple Greater China Managing Director Office is seeking a dynamic and experienced individual to manage key initiatives within the Apple Community Investment projects. This is an exciting opportunity for the right individual to help contribute to the strategic community investment programs and to enhance impact in our communities both externally and internally within Apple in Greater China. As the Project Manager, you will work with cross-functional team in Greater China, to lead a variety of projects and programs. This position ensures a strategic planning and seamless execution, crafts and delivers the project reports and communications, manages, maintains and updates project progress, and routinely communicates with a wide array of stakeholders while supporting the work of our mission and vision. Strong organizational skills, ability to maintain confidentiality, forward-thinking business insight and strong written and spoken skills are essential to the success of this role. This role has significant project management needs within a fast paced environment with many deliverables running in parallel. DESCRIPTION The PM will report to MD office to ensure the holistic picture of overall Apple Community Investment Projects as well as employee communications in GC. The PM will also work closely with WW Giving team, and local GA, PR, DR, Volunteer Leads, Suppliers Responsibilities, and products team to ensure a more holistic view on projects needs for the local markets. MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS 10+ year experience in CSR, or Corporate Giving, ideally in Multinational Corporations Proven track record of managing strategic projects combined with the ability to execute tactical project-level activities and tasks Ability to anticipate risks and issues before they intensify and actively drive toward a solution Strong organizational and documentation skills with a high level of attention to detail Strong communication skills with both internal and external stakeholders Solid experience in managing resources, preparing appropriate documentation, and delegating tasks to project team members Willingness to adapt to rapidly changing environment and new challenges Has a track record of continuous improvement and enjoys developing new skills and learning new technologies Fluent in both English and Mandarin PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS Highly self-motivated and self managing Flexible, resourceful, and detail-oriented Background in operations and business management is a plus
