Description
We are seeking an experienced Release Train Engineer (RTE) to lead Agile Release Trains (ART) and drive successful Program Increment (PI) planning and execution. The RTE will act as a servant leader and coach, ensuring collaboration across teams, measuring delivery and flow, and managing ART-level execution and dependencies. A background in wealth management or the financial industry is strongly preferred. Required Skills & Experience Strong understanding of SAFe methodology and other agile frameworks (Scrum, Kanban). Hands-on experience as an RTE leading PI Planning and ART execution. Proven ability to lead, coach, and mentor teams in agile principles and practices. Strong facilitation, communication, and stakeholder management skills. Experience in creating and analyzing agile delivery metrics and dashboards. Proficiency with enterprise agile tools (Planview, Jira, confluence). Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
