Our Maritime business is looking for an experienced Project Manager in our Toronto office to join our growing program, project and commercial management team. We are looking for someone who would help support project delivery and business development activities for our key clients in the ports and maritime markets.

Responsibilities
  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or Naval Architecture
  • Minimum 8 years of project management in the maritime environment
  • Business development and proposal writing experience
  • Well networked and known in the maritime industry
  • Experience in policy, regulatory and / or technical advisory in the maritime sector
  • Experience in decarbonization projects
  • Experience of green shipping corridors
  • Possess the ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Professional Certification in the PPM environment is an advantage; and
  • Strong proficiency in Teams, SharePoint, Microsoft Word, Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint and P6

Some of our current and recent projects include:

  • We have been supporting the Montreal Port Authority since early 2019 in the development of their new container terminal at Contrecoeur, QC, which will have a capacity of up to 1.15 million TEUs per annum once operational
  • We are currently conducting development and design planning services for a marina feasibility in Lake Ontario
  • We are currently supporting a port authority in Massachusetts to relocate and design their new container terminal maintenance building
  • We are currently working on a number of green shipping corridor initiatives in the region, including between Los Angeles and Shanghai
