Role Summary The Project Manager (Market Readiness) leads the planning and development of fiber-to-the-home (FTTH) deployments. This role focuses on feasibility, estimating, design coordination, permitting, and construction readiness to ensure projects are fully prepared for successful execution. Key Responsibilities * Lead pre-construction planning for FTTH deployments across assigned markets * Coordinate engineering and design to ensure complete, accurate, and constructible OSP designs * Manage permitting strategy and approvals with local jurisdictions and utilities * Support contractor and vendor selection and scope alignment * Build and maintain project schedules and milestone tracking * Identify risks and implement mitigation strategies prior to construction * Ensure full construction readiness (designs, permits, materials, contractors) * Lead project handoff to construction teams * Provide regular updates to internal and external stakeholders Qualifications * 5+ years of experience in telecommunications or utility infrastructure * Experience in FTTH planning, permitting, and estimating preferred * Strong knowledge of OSP construction methods (aerial and underground) * Familiarity with municipal permitting and right-of-way coordination * Strong financial, analytical, and project management skills * Proficiency in Microsoft Office and mapping tools * Valid driver’s license
