MEET THE TEAM BEHIND THIS JOURNEY

We’re seeking a highly organized and proactive Project Manager to join our Project Management team within the Creative Studio. This role is ideal for someone with a strong track record in scheduling and managing workload requests, creative resource planning, overseeing projects, and driving process improvements.
You will be responsible for planning, executing, and delivering marketing projects within set timelines and budgets, ensuring transparency and efficiency. The ability to juggle multiple tasks and projects simultaneously is crucial. You will also play a key role in optimising productivity across teams while maintaining the necessary level of governance.
Ideally, you have experience working in a marketing department and/or creative studio within a Tech or SaaS environment. Familiarity with Asana for project tracking and management would be a strong advantage.

Responsibilities
  • Project Execution & Delivery – Oversee the end-to-end management of marketing projects and initiatives, leveraging Asana for task tracking, visibility, reporting, and overall efficiency.
  • Stakeholder Management – Build and maintain strong, collaborative relationships with key marketing stakeholders, including senior leadership.
  • Project Planning & Strategy – Define project goals, scope, and deliverables in alignment with business objectives, ensuring a clear and strategic approach.
  • Resource & Risk Management – Coordinate staff and resources to prevent delays, proactively mitigate risks, and ensure all project milestones are met.
    Reporting & Communication – Provide regular updates on project status, challenges, and risks to the Project Management Lead and senior management.
