We are currently seeking a talented and motivated Project Manager – Marketing Entry Level to join our team. This is an exciting entry-level opportunity for individuals looking to build a creative career while working in a dynamic educational environment.

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Strong organizational and time-management skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously with a keen eye for detail.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Familiarity with marketing concepts and project management tools (e.g., Trello, Asana, or similar platforms).
  • Basic knowledge of marketing analytics and reporting tools.
  • A proactive and problem-solving mindset.
  • A portfolio showcasing is recommended.

PREFERRED SKILLS

  • Experience in marketing, communications, or project management (internships or coursework).
  • Knowledge of digital marketing strategies and social media management.
  • Creative thinking and adaptability in a fast-changing environment.

Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate and manage the execution of marketing projects, ensuring tasks are completed on time and within budget.
  • Collaborate with internal teams, designers, content creators, and external vendors to deliver marketing materials and campaigns.
  • Develop project timelines, set milestones, and track progress to ensure deadlines are met.
  • Assist in planning and launching marketing campaigns across various channels, including digital, social media, and print.
  • Monitor and report on campaign performance, providing insights and recommendations for improvement.
  • Maintain clear communication with team members and stakeholders to ensure project alignment and success.
  • Identify potential roadblocks and propose solutions to keep projects on track.
