Job Summary: The Project Manager, Marketing will drive marketing success from strategy to execution—this role leads innovative marketing projects with precision, ensuring every campaign launches on time, meets its goals, and maximizes resources. Although this role is embedded within Marketing, its projects may span the enterprise, while remaining Marketing-led. Responsibilities: • Develop comprehensive project plans that include timelines, resource needs, budget estimates, and risk assessments. • Expert at cross-functional collaboration across various levels • Define the scope, objectives, and deliverables for marketing initiatives in collaboration with internal teams and external partners. • Create and manage detailed schedules for marketing campaigns and projects, allocating resources and setting deadlines to ensure timely delivery. • Lead and motivate cross-functional marketing teams, fostering collaboration to achieve project goals. • Assign tasks and responsibilities to team members based on their marketing expertise and strengths. • Monitor progress of marketing projects, providing guidance and support to keep initiatives on track. • Serve as a trusted liaison between the marketing project team and stakeholders, ensuring clear communication and alignment. • Communicate project status, issues, risks, and timelines regularly to all relevant stakeholders. • Facilitate marketing project meetings, campaign reviews, and feedback sessions to drive progress and alignment. • Identify potential risks and issues associated with marketing projects and implement effective mitigation strategies. • Manage and resolve any deviations from marketing project plans, promptly communicating corrective actions to stakeholders. • Optimize resource allocation for marketing projects to maximize efficiency and meet budget constraints. • Ensure marketing deliverables are completed to high quality standards and meet specified requirements. • Generate regular status reports and performance analyses for marketing projects, highlighting progress, challenges, and upcoming milestones. • Oversee project close-out, ensuring all marketing deliverables are met and properly documented for future reference. Minimum Requirements: Required Education: o Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Business Administration, Engineering, or related field (or equivalent work experience). Minimum Years of Experience: o 3-5 years in marketing project management, or a similar role. o Previous experience in managing projects from initiation to completion, preferably in the technology or legal industry. o Ad agency experience a plus but not required. Other Requirements (Knowledge, Skill, Ability, and Licensure(s)): o Project Management Professional or related project management certification, preferred o Experience utilizing project management software like JIRA, preferred o Excellent verbal/written communication and interpersonal skills. o Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills. o Excellent skills in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint, Word). o Willingness to learn new software applications. o Ability to manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously from start to finish.
