Description:
The Federal Savings Bank is hiring a Project Manager to join our thriving Marketing department. This position is integral to our marketing team in ensuring all projects are planned and executed with optimum efficiency, accuracy, and timeliness. The Project Manager will also be responsible for integrating project requests with overall marketing strategy.
This position is based in our Chicago (Logan Square) headquarters. Qualified applicants must reside in the Chicago area at the time of application and be able to work a hybrid schedule (3 days in office a week; 2 days remote).

EXPERIENCE AND SKILL REQUIREMENTS:

• Project Management Expertise: Knowledge of project management methodologies, tools, and techniques; knowledge of Waterfall and Agile methodologies a plus
• Sales & Marketing Knowledge: Understanding of marketing principles, strategies, and tactics with a focus on how to interpret requests into marketing strategies
• Communication and Interpersonal Skills: Ability to communicate effectively, build relationships, and collaborate with diverse teams
• Organization: Ability to manage multiple projects, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines
• Analytics: Ability to analyze data, track project performance, and identify areas for improvement

TECHNICAL REQUIREMENTS:

• PM Software: Knowledge of Teamwork, Asana, Monday or Microsoft Projects
• Marketing Software: Familiarity with Sprout Social, Opal, or similar social media aggregator & content management systems; Adobe products

Additional:

• PMP certification a plus but not required
