Master Works is looking for a Technical Project Manager / Scrum Master with 5+ years of experience in Agile delivery. The role involves leading Scrum ceremonies, planning and monitoring sprints, implementing SAFe Agile practices, and driving process improvements. Candidates should ideally hold a bachelor’s degree in IT or related field and be Certified Scrum Masters with proven leadership and stakeholder management skills. Technical Project Manager / Scrum Master Responsibilities: Initiate and own scrum events for participating squads. Lead the efforts of developing Scaled Agile management best practices. Facilitate daily Scrum meetings and regular ceremonies. Plan upcoming sprints for a given project, including helping the team to reach a consensus for what can be achieved during the sprint. Monitor and report on sprints that are in progress. Communicate closely with delivery managers for alignment and planning updates. Collect and analyze related metrics for trends and indicators, facilitate iteration/increment planning, provide Agile coaching and mentoring at all levels within the organization. Works with the leadership team to strategically improve the efficiency and effectiveness of Agile processes Establishing SAFe Agile principles and Interfaces with other departments to ensure clear communication for in-progress and upcoming development activities. Technical Project Manager / Scrum Master Requirements: Bachelor's degree in computer science, information technology, or a relevant field preferred. Certified Scrum Master preferred. 5+ years of experience as a scrum master or in a similar role. Leadership and management experience.
