Job Description AECOM are currently seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Project Manager to join our Urbanism + Planning team in Dubai. In this role, you will oversee pre-contract activities and operational project management, ensuring seamless execution from initial planning through contract finalization and beyond. You will work collaboratively with cross-functional teams, and stakeholders to deliver projects on time, within budget, and in compliance with organizational standards and regulatory requirements. Responsibilities: Manage pre-contract activities including project scoping, feasibility analysis, and vendor evaluation to ensure alignment with organizational objectives Develop and maintain comprehensive project documentation, including proposals, contracts, and operational procedures Conduct contract negotiations and reviews to protect organizational interests while maintaining positive vendor relationships Identify, analyze, and mitigate project risks throughout the pre-contract and operational phases Coordinate with internal departments and external stakeholders to gather requirements and ensure clear communication of project expectations Monitor project timelines, budgets, and resource allocation to ensure efficient project delivery and cost control Prepare and present project status reports, highlighting key metrics, risks, and recommendations to senior management Manage project documentation systems and maintain organized records for audit and reference purposes Facilitate onboarding of new projects and transition from pre-contract to operational phases Analyze project performance data to identify improvement opportunities and implement process enhancements Qualifications Minimum 8+ years of project management experience, with demonstrated expertise in pre-contract management and operations Proven experience in contract negotiation, procurement, and vendor management Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to assess complex situations and develop effective solutions Bachelors in either Architecture, Landscape or a related subject.
